Tuition and Payment Schedules - 2011-2012
Tuition schedules for the 2012 - 2013 school year will be posted in May 2012.

New Applicant Fee
A NON-REFUNDABLE $155 application fee must accompany each new application. The registration fee shall be due immediately upon acceptance.

Tuition Policy
The choice of Catholic education entails financial sacrifice on the part of both the employees and families. Tuition is the primary source of financial support for the academic programs of Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic School.

Tuition Rates

The tuition rates for the 2011-2012 school year for an ***active Catholic family is as follows:

One student $6,674
1^st sibling $6,174 ($500 discount)
2^nd+ sibling $5,374 ($1,300 discount)

***Tuition is based on parochial membership and involvement. For Catholic families, active or non-active status is determined by the family’s pastor. Active Catholic families are those that support the Church through sacrificial giving of time, talent, and treasure. Support given to the home parish in turn supports the school through the programs and policies of the Archdiocese. The school financially assesses what is lacking in support to the local parish by a non-active family with an additional fee.

Tuition for students of families that are designated as non-active Catholic by their home parish and non-Catholic families will be $7,295.

Our tuition is all-inclusive: all obligatory fees and assessments are incorporated into the total cost of tuition. Our tuition includes fees for textbooks and workbooks, field trips, and technology. Tuition payments are not tax-deductible.

A $500 per student tuition deposit is due on Friday, April 22, 2011.

There are three options for the schedules of payment:

Annual: a 2% discount is offered for families paying in full by June 1, 2011. (If you receive tuition assistance you are not eligible for the 2% discount.) For families choosing the annual schedule of payment, the $500 deposit is still due on April 22.
Semi-annual: payments are due July 20, 2011 and January 20, 2012.
11-month: payments are due monthly from July 20, 2011 to May 20, 2012.

St. Catherine Catholic School uses FACTS Tuition Management system for tuition payments for all semi-annual and monthly payments. FACTS chrages a small set-up fee. For the 2011-2012 school year, all families are required to re-enroll through an updated FACTS website for semi-annual and monthly payment options. Please visit the link posted on the school’s website. Once you click the link, you will be directed to update your FACTS information as a new user. We ask all families to have their new agreements set up by April 22, 2011.

A credit card payment option is available (FACTS charges a small processing fee for credit card payments.) Payment dates remain the 5th and 20th of each month for all payments. Automatic withdrawal will be the only means of payment accepted for the semi-annual and monthly plans. Failure to remit payments in a timely manner may result in administrative action. Report cards and official transcripts will be held until tuition payments are current or an alternate payment plan has been approved by the principal/pastor.
