Share the GRACE: One-Step Contribution Process

 

 

With the new one-step process, the contributor may fill out one form - the new  GRACE Contribution Form. The contributor will mail the GRACE Contribution Form along with the check and a signed copy of page 2 (part C) of Form IT-QEE-TP1 to Grace Scholars.

 

GRACE Scholars will complete the rest of the Form IT-QEE-TP1, get pre-approval from the State and mail Confirmation to the contributor of their approved contribution. This process takes only days instead of weeks.

 

Here’s the summarized version of the NEW CONTRIBUTION PROCESS:

1.        Complete GRACE Contribution Form.

2.        Sign and date page 2 Part C of Form IT-QEE-TP1

3.        Write check to “GRACE Scholars, Inc.”

4.        Mail (1) Grace Contribution Form with, (2) signed and dated Form IT-QEE-TP1 and (3) check to:

2.        GRACE Contribution Form designating St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School

3.        IT-QEE-TP1 (page 2 only) Signature required where designated
