On this day, we remember Dr. King's legacy. In honor of MLK Day, students in the Catholic Schools under the Archdiocese of Atlanta were invited to submit an essay for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Youth Program. This year's theme was Isaiah 61:3: "They will be called oaks of justice, the planting of the Lord to show His glory." This year, Kate Santana's essay was selected to represent St. Catherine's in the Archdiocese of Atlanta Catholic Schools Essay Contest. Congratulations, Kate!
