Why Choose a Catholic Education?

By Principal Kelly Wood

In a world where our children are faced with so much uncertainty, we are blessed to have a school serving students in Kindergarten-8th grade that surrounds them with their Catholic faith and classmates and teachers who have similar values and beliefs.

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School provides a rigorous academic education and a strong Catholic spiritual formation, led by our Dominican Sisters.  What a gift that our Dominican Sisters, who have devoted their lives to God, share their knowledge and expertise with our students in 6 different grades for Religion daily. Our students attend Mass weekly, go to adoration, participate in daily prayer and community service projects.  We offer specials like STEM, PE, art, Spanish, music, and Media.  We have extracurricular activities like Lego Robotics, Science Olympiad, choir, band, private music lessons, dance, and sports

Our school is truly a family community, and we have opportunities for both families and parents to participate in activities throughout the year, including Fun Run, Wingo Bingo, International Night, and the school Gala.

We believe that all families that want a Catholic education for their children should have that opportunity, so we offer financial aid and scholarships for those who qualify.

It is more important than ever to provide our children with a strong Catholic spiritual formation that will be their light to guide them through life.
