First Holy Communion

Congratulations to all of the 2nd Grade students who received their First Holy Communion!
They have been working so hard with Sister Maria Fidelis to prepare to receive the Lord in this blessed sacrament. We were able to celebrate this as a whole school during the May Crowning Mass, in which 8th Grade students crowned Our Blessed Mother and Queen of Heaven with flowers, and we reflected on how Mary always points to Jesus in her devotions. At the end of Mass, 2nd Grade students and new students were enrolled in the Brown Scapular.
